    We cannot remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, oil, batteries, asbestos, fuel, medical waste, or explosives. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask—we’re happy to clarify before your appointment.

  • Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

    Yes! We often offer same-day and next-day junk removal, depending on availability. We understand junk emergencies happen, so we do our best to respond quickly.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Absolutely. Junk Removal Heroes is fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind that your property is protected and the job is done professionally. 

  • Do you remove large or heavy items?

    Yes! We specialize in removing large, heavy, and awkward items like couches, refrigerators, pianos, hot tubs, exercise equipment, and construction debris.

  • How long does the actual junk removal job take?

    Most jobs are completed in 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and scope. We work quickly without cutting corners. Some more rare projects, like hoarding and eviction cleanouts, can take multiple days.

  • Can you help with full cleanouts?

  • Do I need to be present during the removal?
