Construction Debris Removal Q & A
Q: How do you charge for construction debris removal?
A: JRH charges by volume (cubic yardage) for all types of materials except for the heavy types, such as concrete, brick, stone, tile, etc. For these materials we charge by the ton and will show you a time-stamped weigh slip from the dump to determine the final cost.
Q: Do we need to bag up all of the debris?
A: No. While some customers and contractors do bag up certain types of materials during the demo process, we don't require it. Our crew will have contractor bags on our truck if we need to do any bagging, which is part of our service to you!
Q: Do you also do the demolition?
A: Depending on the project you are undertaking we may be able to do the demolition along with the debris removal. We generally only do light to medium type demo services (we don't use heavy machinery such as jack-hammers or tractors). For example we can demo small sheds, patio coverings, false walls, swing sets, and the like.
Q: What types of materials can JRH remove?
A: We specialize in handling a wide variety of construction debris, including wood, drywall, concrete, steel, tile, brick, and granite. Whether your project involves lightweight materials or heavy-duty debris, we have the equipment and expertise to manage it all.
Q: How much debris can you remove in one trip?
A: Our heavy-duty dump trucks and trailers are capable of hauling up to 4 tons of debris in a single trip. This means fewer trips to the landfill compared to many of our competitors, saving you time and money.
Q: Are your crews trained to handle hazardous or heavy materials safely?
A: Yes, safety is a top priority at JRH. Our experienced crews are trained to manage hazardous and heavy materials with care, ensuring debris is removed efficiently and without causing harm to your property or the surrounding environment.
