The unfortunate event of losing a beloved family member or friend is a sorrowful time and often leaves the family of the deceased with the overwhelming task of dealing with all of their possessions.  After they have kept what they wanted, done an estate sale, and tried to donate, whatever is left JRH will step in and handle the rest so that they can get generally sell or rent out the home.  Our estate cleanout team will clear out each room and the outside of the property until all unwanted junk has been eliminated.  We will make a stop and a donation facility on the way to the dump in case any more items can go to the community.

Q:  Will you donate any items you are cleaning out?

A:  Yes, as long as they are gently used and/or in good enough condition as determined by the JRH Supervisor onsite.  Estate cleanout is the most common type of job we do that results in a donation run to the nearest donation center.  We donate to many different organizations, like: Salvation Army, Goodwill, Savers, Angel View, and various local thrift shops.  We will also supply the customer with a receipt of the donation that was made for their estate purposes.

Q:  Can we pay for your service using a check from the estate?

A:  Yes.  It is the norm, not the exception, for estate cleanout customers to pay for our service with a check written from the estate of the deceased family member.  Generally it is also the executor of the estate that hires us in the first place, who is also the authorized signor of checks from the estate.

Q:  What will it cost to for the estate cleanout?

A:  Because Junk Removal Heroes charges for our service based on volume (or space used on the truck in cubic yards), it will depend on the amount of junk that you have for us. We make it easy to receive a free preliminary rough estimate if you fill our a free quote request form, or text us photos of your items, or call us.

Q:  Can you remove junk from different areas of the property?

A:  The answer to this is a resounding YES! We have strong and able junk heroes that will be dispatched to the residence to provide full-service estate trash removal by entering the property and removing the junk from where it sits. Yes, that's right! You get to step aside and look on while we do all the work.

Customers can reach us 7 days a week to get free over-the-phone estimates and schdule pickups.  Either call us to tell us what you have for removal, or text us a few photos of the junk with your smartphone and you will receive a preliminary rough estimate right away!

Schedule a Pickup

Conveniently book online or call us to book a 3 hour time window appointment that fits your schedule.  You will receive an email and a text confirmation of your appointment immediately so you can add it to your calendar.

Final Onsite Price

Sometime during your appointment window, you will receive a text notification from crew when they are en-route to your location.  Upon arrival, Junk Heroes will give a final in-person price quote for the job.

Load and Haul

Once the price has been agreed to, Junk Heroes will expediently load up all of the junk and do a final sweep up if needed.  Once the job is completed, you can pay by cash, card or check and then wave goodbye to your junk as we haul it away!
